Q: What is Nonnina’s Rolling Oven?
A: It’s our mobile stone oven catering setup — bringing fresh, 14” stone-baked pizzas, pastas, salads, appetizers, desserts, and more directly to your event.

Q: What kind of oven do you use?
A: We use a stone oven, which delivers evenly baked crusts with a crisp finish. It’s not wood-fired, but it produces fresh, high-quality results quickly and consistently — perfect for events.

Q: What size pizzas do you serve, and how fast can you make them?
A: We serve 14” pizzas, cut into 8 slices. Our team can bake about 30 pizzas per hour, keeping food hot and service smooth.

Q: Do you serve more than just pizza?
A: Yes! In addition to pizza, we offer pasta trays, fresh salads, antipasti platters, house-made focaccia and garlic knots, and a variety of Italian dessert platters.

Q: What kind of desserts can you serve?
A: We offer beautiful dessert platters with options like tiramisu, limoncello mascarpone cake, ricotta cheesecake with strawberry topping, flourless chocolate cake, and zeppole.

Q: Do you serve bread or appetizers too?
A: Absolutely. We can include house-made focaccia, cheesy garlic bread, antipasti trays, and more.

A: Yes! You can create a custom menu with your choice of pizza, pasta, salad, breads, appetizers, and desserts. We’ll work with you to create the perfect spread for your event.

Q: Do you offer vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free items?
A: Yes — we’re happy to include vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options upon request. Just let us know your needs in advance.

Q: What do you bring with you?
A: We bring everything needed for a smooth, professional setup, including our mobile stone oven, serving and prep tables, branded linens, warmers, coolers for cold items, trash cans, plates, napkins, utensils, and a friendly, experienced staff. We also bring all necessary sanitation supplies to keep the prep and service areas clean, safe, and up to health code standards throughout the event.

Q: What kind of space is required?
A: We require a 15 ft x 25 ft space with a relatively flat, solid surface. Suitable setups include concrete, asphalt, or compacted gravel. For safety and stability, we are unable to set up on lawns or grass surfaces.
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We’re based in Johns Creek, GA, and typically serve events within a 25-mile radius. Travel fees may apply for locations outside that range.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Most events begin at $1,200 for 2 hours of service. Final pricing depends on your guest count, menu selections, and travel distance. We’ll send a personalized quote after reviewing your inquiry.
