Delivery Policy

At Nonnina's Pizzeria & Cucina, we offer delivery within a 3-mile range of our location.

• Delivery Fee: We charge a $5.99 delivery fee to cover our drivers' insurance and hardware expenses.

• Delivery Hours: Our delivery service is available daily. Last delivery will be taken 30 minutes before closing.

​

• Minimum Order: The minimum charge for delivery is $20.00.

​

• Payment Methods: We currently accept card payments for deliveries. For driver safety, we are unable to accept cash or check payments.

​

• Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is between 45 to 60 minutes, although this may increase based on demand.

​

• We can deliver within a 5-mile range for orders over $150. Please inform the cashier about the larger order so we can properly accommodate it.

Delivery Process: We strive to ensure all deliveries, including contact-less options, are made efficiently. Upon arrival, we will contact the phone number on file. If there is no response and you have pre-authorized us to leave the order at the door, we will do so. Without pre-authorization, the driver will wait for 5 minutes before returning the food to the restaurant. If a redelivery is required, an additional delivery fee will be charged.

Delivery Locations: We deliver to residences, businesses, clubhouses, community pools, and parks. However, we do not offer delivery to trails, movie theaters, or halfway meeting points.

 

For our deliveries, please be sure to provide any special instructions, including gate codes and specific location details.
